Wei-Jin has more than 25 years of experience managing business and product development. Prior to joining Vivante, he was Corporate Vice President at Cadence Design Systems. Wei-Jin was also an integral part at driving the success of multiple startup companies that were strategically acquired and successfully integrated. He also co-founded Silicon Perspective Corporation.


Mike Cai

Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder, Board Director

Mike is recognized in the graphics field as an innovator and architect. Actively involved in the graphics industry for more than 20 years, Mike has developed multiple generations of 3D graphics products at Silicon Graphics (SGI), NVIDIA, ATi (currently AMD), and Silicon Motion.


David Jarmon

Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development

David has more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor design services and automation. Previously Vice President of Customer-Driven R&D at Cadence Design Systems, David has also played key roles at multiple successful startups, including VP of Global Sales at Silicon Perspective and Managing Director of Japan Operations at Cooper and Chyan Technology.


Jeff Li

Vice President and General Manager of China Operations

Jeff is well-known for his expertise in software, hardware, and system development. Previously in a variety of management positions at Cisco Systems, Jeff also co-founded a number of successful startups in both Silicon Valley and China. He has extensive experience launching, developing, and managing large teams in China for well-established and emerging companies.


Brian Hutsell

Chief GPU Architect

Brian Hutsell has over 12 years of experience in GPU and memory system development. Brian has a master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and Bachelor of Science degrees with honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Math/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. Previously he worked at NVIDIA, AMD, and Silicon Graphics.
